Visosport is an inclusive, engaging new sport designed for care home residents and adult disability service users.
With a library of 35 interactive games, sessions involve groups playing six seated activities that promote problem-solving, social interaction, and physical movement all while having fun. Residents remain so engaged, they forget they are exercising.
Trained Facilitators visit homes weekly, fortnightly, or monthly to lead tailored sessions for all ability levels, including those living with dementia. Staff are encouraged to join in, helping build connections through laughter and meaningful moments.
